Darylee just completed our semi-annual maintenance and as usual she is professional, positive, and knowlegeable. We appreciate the phone call when she is on her way. She answers all questions and gives us a thorough update on the status of our system. April in the office is always great with scheduling and notifying us when our maintenance is due.

From my contact with Rhonda, Debby, Sam and Maria to consultation with Matt to the installation with Steve and Todd, we are so pleased and appreciative of each one's professionalism, good communication skills, thoroughness in answering questions, efficiency and just overall pleasant approach to their work. They also seems to be good communication between all the company staff, as whenever I called, the front desk ladies always immediately answered questions or referred me to another staff who could. The installation of our AC has been seamless from start to finish. I can't overstate what a pleasure it has been to work with Mountain Heating and Cooling.

Went to fire up the AC for the season and behold… A squirrel had taken up residence in our condenser and chewed through half the wiring! The guys at Mountain heating and cooling did a great job And Cody just finished up repairs much faster than anticipated! All is working great.. And hopefully the electrifying demise of the squirrel found in the condenser will keep his buddies from taking a shop there this winter!!
Response from the owner:Oh, I was reading this thinking we might a new mascot! To no avail….unless somebody comes up with a good charred critter image that doesn’t scare off heating customers.

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
