Had an outstanding experience with our AC service appointment. April was fantastic getting us scheduled quickly and had Tyler out the next day. That kind of turnaround is hard to come by. Tyler did a great job. He worked efficiently and took the time to answer every question I had, which I really appreciated. This was our unit's first service in three years, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Highly recommend this team. We'll definitely be calling them for future service!

Woke up to a dead furnace. Mountain Heating was my first call based on past excellent experience. April was superb on dispatch, quickly getting info, assigning a tech, and keeping me informed. Taylor arrived within two hours, super-friendly, expert, and happy to explain everything to me. He found and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Fantastic service. Absolutely will use again!

Compliments to Darylee and Montana Heating & Cooling. On a day that it snowed, our furnace stopped working. We called April and she scheduled an appointment the same day. Darylee arrived on time and accessed the problem. The needed part was ordered and Darylee returned to install it. During both appointments Darylee was friendly and explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Her professionalism was appreciated. Also, April was able to schedule our A-C maintenance appointment to be completed at the same time. Thank you, Robert & Vicki Hamil

Cody was our tech and was fantastic! He took extra time on the unit, diagnosed it quickly, explained the process and what happened as well as why, and got it fixed same day. Highly recommend the business and this particular tech.

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
