We had a super nice and personable technician. But young and inexperienced. I wouldn't even repeat the things she thought would fix the problem... Although she finally figured out what was wrong (a $15 fix plus 30 minutes labor had we been in town to fix it) we had racked up a bill of $777. I realize I'm out of touch with prices and what is and isn't price gouging, but when a hundred, maybe hundred and fifty dollar fix costs $777 something has gone quite wrong with HVAC services. Everyone was nice, and we paid for it (actually my dad did, even sadder since he isn't in a position to be overpaying by $600.)

Issak and Cody were our technicians. They worked right from the start, and continued without a break until they were done, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and they were polite and personable to work with…our new hardwired humidifier will make a big difference in the comfort of our home year-round. Restoring .Force
Encountered a problem with the exhaust fan on my unit. Called for help and tyler showed up same day and identified the problem in a few minutes. The repair and a unit maintainance also took no time, and life was good again!

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
