I’ve been a customer of Mountain Heating & Cooling for over three years and have consistently found their service reasonable and highly responsive. Isak, in particular, has provided outstanding support. For a very fair cost, they corrected significant issues from a previous poor installation (Ambient Air), including fixing improperly insulated boots that caused condensation and water damage during winter. Their annual evaluations give me peace of mind that my system is performing at its best. They often include photos in their cost estimates and will stand by that estimate even when the work was more difficult than they had predicted.

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
