Darylee was out recently to do the annual inspection and service for my furnace. I personally was not there, but my parents were there for me. She arrived promptly at the time given for my appointment and was shown where the access for the furnace was and got right to work with the inspection and service. She was courteous, efficient and friendly. During her inspection she found that the inducer for the furnace was going bad and communicated that to my parents and I was called, she did a good job of explaining the situation and I agreed it was best to replace the inducer instead of hoping it would get me through the winter. It was also recommended to start thinking about replacing the furnace in the near future, to which I’ll have no issue with using Mtn Heating to do the work. I’ve utilized them several times previously for servicing my furnace as well as other repairs and highly recommended them.

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
