I have always received excellent service from the personnel at Mountain Heating and Cooling ... April, Debbie, RC, and today, Jeremy. The enduring problem with our humidifier system was NOT what had been assumed prior to Jeremy's visit, but an issue more complicated that had endured from the time the high-efficiency furnace was installed. Amid a jungle of electrical wiring, he determined the necessary fix and solved the problem. Not only did he display great knowledge of his craft, but to top it off, he's a very nice guy. So, in closing ... Mountain Heating and Cooling is a terrific company!

My wife and I recently purchased two (2) Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Ductless Heating/Air Conditioning units from Mountain Heating and Cooling in Bozeman, Montana. We own a log home that has approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, and is located at about 7,000 feet of elevation.
The Hyper-Heat units heat our entire home with the most even heat that we have ever had in our 20 year old house. They are extremely quiet both inside and outside of the house and the units are very efficient to run as well. Installation was completed quickly and professionally by the Mountain Heating and Cooling crew and any follow-up questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely, courteous manner.
I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi Electric Hyper-Heat Heating/AC units for anyone’s HVAC needs in SW Montana. I would also recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling as an installer due to their exceptional customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. The owner of the company, Corey Johnson, was on site during our installation to ensure everything went as planned.
